Space Rental $150. Includes the use of the Charlie Horse Parlor, verandas, and poolside for displaying of gifts. The Red Rooster Dining hall may be added for displaying gifts for large teas for an additional $50.00. All on one level and perfectly suited for receiving your guests, their gifts, and offering snacks, the first floor of Blue Spring Manor is a grand location for your shower and tea functions.
